What we are looking for:
A keen interest in early years education, and special needs is a must.
Knowledge and awareness of Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour Support is an advantage.
Minimum level 8 degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Teaching, Psychology or related.

Proficient in English, either having studied/worked for more than three years through the medium of English, or having an IELTS level 7.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
To teach and Implement ABA early intervention programmes for preschool aged children with autism, designed by the BCBA. (Each child will have their own IEP and separate goals they need to work on, these will be taught via a mix of tabletop work and through play, the teacher/tutor must be willing to teach all goals and do so in a fun, motivating and engaging way to the child.
Encourage the use of communication at all times, through words, sign, PECS as appropriate to the child.
To work in a team, and to contribute to the team in running the programmes, running behaviour support plans, tidying up, preparing materials etc.
To liaise with parents in a professional manner, providing them with feedback and support as we are family oriented.
Help with care tasks where necessary such as nappy changing the children, helping with feeding where required, assisting with wearing coats, implementing toilet training programmes.
To maintain folders and any other necessary paperwork as required.
To promote a positive work environment and engage and play with the children.
