Personal data is only submitted in circumstances where it is voluntarily submitted to By Your Side Early Intervention Preschool.

With your permission, we capture images of the children and their activities, including your child, and exhibit them in our facilities, on our website, or on our social media channels. You have the right to retract this permission at any moment by contacting us directly. 

Examples of information we may collect & how we may use it:

1. Address, email address, telephone numbers. We use this information to send you information about your child and our services.

2. Name, date of birth, PPSN of child and their parent/guardian. We use this information to receive payments or subsidies from relevant government bodies/schemes.

3. Name and address of the parent/guardian, telephone number, and contact person during the service hours for authorization to collect the child. We use this information to comply with regulations related to the safety and welfare of your children. 

4. Information on any special needs of your child, including medical i.e., allergies and illnesses. Information to support this, i.e., name and phone number of your child’s registered medical practitioner, record of immunizations, and written consent for appropriate medical treatment in case of an emergency. We use this information to comply with regulations related to the safety and welfare of your children. 

5. Any and all interactions with any of our staff/team members. This information is used to maintain an adequate record of all communication, to train staff and to improve overall communication between staff members and parents.
